kisült piskótát villával kisebb részekre daraboljuk. Kiborítjuk egy
edénybe és a jénai edényt, amiben sült ismételten kikenjük
kókuszzsírral. Visszaborítjuk a darabolt piskóta halmokat. A kókusztejet
50g eritrittel, ízlés szerint vanília őrleménnyel és a 4db
tojássárgával feltesszük alacsony lángon főzni. Folyamatos kevergetés
mellett addig főzzük, amíg picit megvastagodik a krém. Kóstoljuk meg és
amennyiben szükséges még édesíthetjük. Levesszük a tűzről és ráöntjük a
piskótára. Villával jó alaposan tunkoljuk a piskótát, hogy beszívja a
tojásos krémet. Az almákat vékony cikkekre vágjuk és 2-3 rétegben a
piskótára tesszük. Megszórjuk ízlés szerint eritrittel és fahéjjal. 3-4
kanál paleo sárgabaracklekvárt eloszlatunk az egész tetején. 180 fokra
előmelegített sütőbe tesszük 20 percre. Amíg sül a megmaradt
tojásfehérjéket pici eritrittel (kóstoljuk, ez is legyen picit édes)
kemény habbá verjük. 1 evőkanál paleo baracklekvárt óvatosan forgassunk
bele a kemény fehérje habba, majd amint letelt a 20 perc szedjük ki a
máglyarakást. Oszlassuk el a tetején a fehérjehabot és tegyük vissza
sülni, amíg szépen barnulni nem kezd a hab.</span></div>
